Quincy Chapman is a jazz saxophonist based in Atlanta Georgia. His love of the saxophone began at the young age of 10 while growing up in Fayetteville, Georgia.  After being recruited to join his high school’s jazz band, Quincy discovered his true calling to music and decided to pursue music as a career.  While still in high school, He began taking private lessons from jazz saxophonist Mariano ‘Mushmouth’ Pacetti and then later also studying under Chicago-native Joren Cain. in 2019 Quincy received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Jazz Music from Valdosta State University where he studied under Saxophonist Matthew Roehrich.  He has played with several award winning artists including Stantwan Kendrick, Todd Delgiudice, Chris Crenshaw, Mason Davis and more. He has an active performance schedule as a freelance musician throughout the Southeast.
